At JE MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC (doing business as “JEMG”), we strive to provide high-quality, personalized tax resolution services. Because each client engagement involves professional labor, strategic analysis, and case-specific work, we maintain the following refund policy.

🧾 Consultation Fees

All consultation fees are non-refundable, as our time and resources are committed immediately upon scheduling.

⚖️ Service Fees

Refunds for full-service tax resolution work may be considered only if no substantial work has been performed on your case and a written cancellation request is received within 3 business days of payment.

Once our team has begun any of the following:

  • Case analysis or document review

  • IRS or State correspondence

  • Creation or submission of financial disclosures or resolution proposals

…all service fees will be considered earned and non-refundable.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Delays in client response or cooperation

  • Unfavorable outcomes resulting from factors outside our control

  • Work already completed or services already rendered
